1. World Mission Sunday & Special Collection: The Catholic Church everywhere is observing World Mission Sunday on October 18,2015. This is an occasion to pray for our missions and missionaries and reach out to them through our helping hands. We will have a special collection for Mission Sunday. Please bring anything which can be salable in auction.
2. Mass in English : As it is the third Sunday of the month we will have our Holy Mass in English today. Rev. Fr. John Mariano, Parochial vicar at SS. Peter and Paul, St. Leo the Great Church, both in Waterbury will be with us today and he will give us the message for Mission Sunday.
3. Parish Council & Men’s Forum meeting : A combined meeting of the parish council and men’s forum will be held today after the 4.30 pm Mass at the council hall. All members are invited to attend.
4. Ward prayer meeting : St. Alphonsa Ward (Ward No:3 ) prayer meeting will be held on Thursday, October 22,2015 at 6.30 pm at Anil Mathew (Dasmon) & Babitha Thattaruparambil’s residence in Newington. All Ward members please plan to attend.
5. Family prayer book for sale: Family prayer book is available for sale. Price is $ 6.00 per copy.
