Dear Parish Family,

Wishing you all a Blessed month of October. Each year the month of Octoberis dedicated to the Most Holy Rosary. This is primarily due to the fact that the liturgical feast of Our Lady of Rosary is celebrated annually on October 7th. It was instituted to honor Blessed Virgin Mary in gratitude for the protection that she gives the Church in answer to the praying of the Rosary.Pope Saint Pius X says,”The Rosary is the most beautiful and richest in graces of all prayers; it is the prayer that touches most of the
Heart of the Mother of God….and if you wish peace to reign in your homes, recite the family Rosary”.

We celebrate the 10 days of Rosary ( Konthanamaskaram ) in our Mission from Friday,October
2 to Sunday,October 11,2015. Please join our parish community in praying this beautiful Catholic tradition of praying the Rosary each day after the 6.00 pm Holy Mass on weekdays, and after 6.30 p.m Holy Mass on Saturday and 4.15 pm Holy Mass on Sunday.

Special thanks and prayers to Baby Mathew Kudakachira, George Joseph Chethikulath and their families for sponsoring Friday’s and Saturday’s liturgy respectively. If you are interested in sponsoring any of the remaining days, please contact me or the trustees.

Pray the Rosary meaningfully,

Wishing you God’s Blessings,

Fr. Joseph Pullikattil
